Yoga and Gong workshop

Description:

We are hosting a summer yoga and gong bath workshop in Thornwood village hall. This will begin with a Goddess inspired yoga practice with the very beautiful Allison Kelsey followed by a gong bath from the amazing Sarah Gregg, Reiki Drum. This yoga and sound healing workshop combines two of our favourite things with two inspiring teachers.
