Restorative Yoga Sequence with Rachel Skipper
This is a (semi) restorative yoga sequence which utilises household objects in place of yoga props to support the body.
We start in a supine hip opener (Supta Baddha Konasana) and move into some floor-based hip releases before coming up to sit.
After opening the side-body, we move into some more traditional restorative postures (Supported Child’s Pose and Bridge) before Savasana.
Props needed: Blanket (2 if available), 2 cushions, 2 or 3 bedroom pillows OR a yoga bolster. Eye pillow would be great, but only optional.
Suggestion: Wear comfy, warm clothes.
