Self Belief
Believe in yourself. Hitting your forties is not the end of your life, for some of us its just the beginning. Think about what you’ve achieved so far in your life and you probably have another 40 ish years in front of you. Why waste them on looking back. You’re not going that way.

Don’t underestimate the importance of working out as you age. Looking after your joints, keeping the body strong and healthy is vital and will make such a difference to how you look and feel.
Mental Health
It’s not selfish to nurture and take care of YOU. After all, you can’t pour from an empty cup. You cant give to others if you have nothing to give yourself.
