What do you want?
Yes, I’m talking to you. What do you want?
You carry on as if there is something missing in your life, when all around you is such richness, it’s almost blinding. What is it you are looking at/for to not see it? What part of you is unaccepting to the moment in which you are currently standing in, being in, LIVING in?
Are you living right now? Can you feel the inspiration of the breath as it plays upon the skin of your nostrils and enters your body? Your body which is living with every cell it has because it knows this is all it needs. The expansion upon the peak of your in breath, like an eagle spreading its wings and flying, soaring upwards with no agenda. Just to feel the air ripple through its feathers and the rays of dancing sunshine upon its body. Understanding it is life and life is it and the greatness of this communication from the universe. Grateful for this moment.
This moment, all that we have. All that we have not good enough, never enough to satiate the hunger and need for more. More of what? What is it that you really need? Not what you want because wants are emotional camouflagers. Wants are just bandages to cover up what our needs are desperately trying to receive.
It all gets hidden within “stuff”, doesn’t it? To show love you need to buy flowers, chocolates, a weekend away, a diamond. Where does it end? But where does love start?
It starts with you, my darling. It starts here, right now with the words you choose to internally offer yourself. How are you speaking to yourself? Do your words come from a place of love or loathe? If it’s the latter how can life ever offer you enough when there is not enough to give.
I wish you could see the energy I see before me. The magnificent eagle I see rising up and up into the dazzling sunshine of life, full of her wildness. Her woman-ness.
Her needs are simple. Freedom. Freedom to fly and fall and not feel ashamed when she crashes to earth, Mother Earth. For she is coming home. Home, where she will always find her heart.
What is it you need?
